Bridge to Life is providing special support to the efforts of organ provider organizations (OPOs) to increase the number of available donor organs.

Bridge to Life will use the public relations services of Ms. Camile Haney, who served as Special Assistant to the US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, Tommy G. Thompson. A major role in that position was to advocate for the need for organ donation.

Working with Ms. Haney is Ms. Barbara Slack, the owner of a Madison, Wisconsin publishing and marketing agency. These two public relations professionals were in the process of building an organ donation advocacy organization prior to their involvement with Bridge to Life and will now work exclusively with Bridge to Life in this area.
